Maverick is providing an overall Master Plan for Daybreak’s multiple phases. In addition to re-zoning, Maverick prepared an Onsite Drainage Analysis and Report, Water and Sewer Modeling, Onsite Water and Sewer Plans, Offsite Utility Plans, Paving Plans, and a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan for this 500-lot Master Planned Community. The multiple oil wells already on the site required Maverick to ensure truck routes, flow line routes and drainage patterns all followed State and City guidelines.
2016 and 2017 will be seeing the completion of the second phase in this ample addition to Midland’s new single family residential makeup. Phase II included finalization of the Subdivision Plat, On and Offsite Utilities, expanded Drainage capacity and the design of a Sanitary Sewer Lift Station to adequately service the additional lots. Maverick has continued to partner with this client to provide top-quality Project Management throughout all phases of this project.
This is a newly developed 34-lot single-family residential subdivision located in Andrews, Texas. Maverick completed design and installation plans for public water, sewer, and paving.
Maverick provided construction administration and project management, coordinating right-of-way construction staking and dry utilities. Tasks for the site involved platting, paving plans, and SWPPP.
